trying to make ends meet ;p

eversince ashraf bought me an oven, i've been experimenting new recipes and trying to cook up sorts of food like lasagna, baked chicken and potatoes, baked fish, pizza and lots more. i love eating and luckily my husband does too! (it's no surprise here. just look at us. tembam ok!)

these past few months, my husband suggested that each of us should have part-time jobs, just to make ends meet. not that we really have to earn like another few thousands, but just to use the time that we have to MAKE more money..then we can use it to buy furnitures, to go out and watch movies more often and many more. but most importantly is to set some money aside for our son's future. :D ok. since i love baking so much, ashraf once said to me that the oven is meant to be used to buat kuih tart nenas banyak2 and jual. buat banyak2 and jual. hmm. banyak?? adakah aku ni robot? :)

memandangkan benda dah ade depan mata, me (with help of kak ros) pun memulakan bisnes jual kuih secara kecil2an. aku bermula dengan membuat kuih tart nenas, and alhamdulillah, sambutan agak memberansangkan. tapi xde gambar kuih tart tu, so xdpat la korang lihat disini. nti dah ade, i letak ok! and after a few weeks, i rase mcm tringin nak buat cupcakes pulak. and i did!!my first few trials didn't turn out so well :p maybe due to kekok lagi, tak banyak praktis, xpergi belajar dulu and banyak lagi. tapi selepas beberape percubaan, kerja2 ku makin ok, dan kini, aku boleh siapkan tempahan cupcake dalam tempoh satu -dua hari. hmm. bagus tak?

berikut adalah gambar hasil tangan terkini tempahan seorang kawan untuk hantaran perkahwinan die. ok x??

tema yang diminta ialah kuning, tapi aku rase kalau kuning je semua, kan macam boring je. so aku pon tambah la warna lain sket2 (dengan persetujuan pelanggan, of course :D). it turned out well! (if i say so myself, hahah) alhamdulillah..dapat la tambah pendapatan sket..
